Program Clinic Deposit

PROGRAM CLINIC BOOKING PROCESS:

1. Pay this fully refundable $250 deposit.
2. Fill out the request form.
3. We will discuss availability & logistics with you.
4. Once we confirm your clinic dates, submit the $500 confirmation deposit.
5. About 1 month before your clinic, we will book travel and finalize the invoice. After the travel is booked, the deposits are no longer refundable.
6. The final balance is due by check on the first day of the clinic.
